I’ve decided to start blogging the exciting yet arduous journey that is opening a brewery. I am mostly writing these entries to give myself some clarity as I go through the process, but also to let anyone who might be interested get a peek into what I’ve been up to and will be up to in the foreseeable future.
In addition to the business side of things, which can get quite boring at times, I will be documenting my homebrew experiences, notes from brewery tours and trips, tastings, as well as many other beer-related events and activities. I will try to categorize each of my entries using tags, so those interested can find what they want instead of sifting through a multitude of entries.
